Dear Valued Friends,

     If we are to one day be a fully established and smoothly operated guild then we must have an organized structure within the Brigade to ensure the order for those who wish to serve with us or for us. I would sincerely appreciate any ideas and help in the creation of our eventual association. For now, I submit to you a rough outline of what I believe may be a suitable order to the structure of the Equality Brigade Guild.
